"TERMS AND CONDITIONS"

All bookings must be accompanied by a 25% deposit either by credit card or check.  Checks should be made out to Captain William D. Sousa, Jr., and should be received within five days of making reservation.  Balance due on day of sailing - final payment arrangements will be made with Captain.  Customer cancellation of trip will result in a NON-refundable deposit.  Cancellation of trip due to inclement weather at Captain's discretion will result in re-scheduling of trip at next available date convenient for Captain and customer.  Maximum capacity six customers.
